ROSE OIL FROM TURKEY
Attar of Roses
The Isparta area is one of the world’s
leading producers of attar of roses, a valuable oil extracted from rose
petals and used in perfumes and cosmetics.
The lower slopes of the mountains are terraced and planted with summer
damask roses, in particular the pink Kazanlik variety.
From 100kgs of petals, only 25g of attar of roses is made.
This truly magnificent rose oil is
for sale
at £15 per 1g phial.
It is beautifully packaged making it an ideal gift.
