
For a healthy hearty start you could choose a steaming bowl of porridge with lashings of honey or cinnamon or all the trimmings made with either soya or cows milk (and it can be made Gluten Free). Or start with an amazingly large plate of fresh fruit salad, with dried fruits, nuts and toasted seeds and seasonal stewed fruit. Follow this with a great choice of organic cereals with a variety of soya, rice, oatly and cows milk.
